Resolve Discord community questions with Fin
Overview
Add Fin to your Discord server so it can answer member questions in real time across support and community channels. Replies are grounded in your knowledge sources and can hand off to your moderation team when needed.
How it works
Go to Fin AI Agent in your Intercom workspace and turn on Fin for Discord Channel. Channels are configured in Intercom's settings, with no data connector or API setup required.
Connect your Discord Channel channel and choose which conversations Fin should handle. Fin uses the same knowledge, workflows, and actions it applies across every other channel.
Fin resolves Discord Channel conversations in real time and hands off to a human agent with full context when it can't resolve.
