The Early Stage Program gives you access to Intercom’s AI-first helpdesk from $65/month with tiered discounts over 3 years: 93% off in Year 1, 50% off in Year 2, and 25% off in Year 3. Year 1 includes 6 Advanced Seats, 6 Copilot Seats, 20 Lite Seats, Proactive Support Plus (500 messages/month), 300 Fin outcomes/month, 15 Fin qualifications/month, and Pro tier access. The 93% discount also applies to usage-based email, messages over 500/month, and additional seats beyond the included 6. Phone, SMS, and WhatsApp are charged at list price.

Year 1 includes 300 Fin outcomes/month & 15 Fin qualifications/month. Beyond these inclusions outcomes cost $0.99 each (including resolutions, procedure handoffs, and disqualifications) and qualifications cost $9.99 each (for lead qualification and routing).

Your discount steps down over time: 93% off in Year 1, 50% off in Year 2, and 25% off in Year 3. Free Fin usage also reduces over time. If the costs become too high after your first year, you can move onto our Essential plan starting at $39 per seat per month.

If your company has more than 15 employees, you’re not eligible for the Early Stage Program. However, you can start a free trial of any of our regular plans on the pricing page, or reach out through Messenger to speak with the sales team about other options.
