Overview
Connect Notion as a knowledge content source under Train → Content. Sync to keep content view-only and automatically up to date, or import it as editable internal articles. Fin uses your Notion documentation to answer customer questions accurately.
How it works
Go to Fin AI Agent → Train → Content and choose From Notion. Connect your Notion workspace and select the pages or databases Fin should use. Notion is a knowledge content source, not a data connector.
Choose Sync to keep Notion content view-only and automatically up to date in Fin, or Import to bring it in as editable internal articles.
Fin uses your Notion content alongside your other knowledge sources to answer customer questions accurately.
