Loop a human or an agent into a Procedure mid-flow
Fin can now pause a Procedure mid-flow, loop in a human teammate or an agent for review, approval, or action, and pick the process back up automatically.
Human in the loop: Define steps in a Procedure that require human input. Fin pauses, routes the task to a teammate, and resumes the workflow once they’ve acted. It doesn’t have to be someone on the support team - a finance manager approving a refund can do it directly from Slack.Agent in the loop: Via webhook, Fin can loop in your internal AI agents in the same way. If you already have agents in your stack, Fin can collaborate with them mid-Procedure.Slack and Inbox integration: Teammates can approve, reject, or respond directly in Slack where they’re already working, or from the Intercom Inbox with full context.Fin picks it back up: Once the teammate or agent completes their step, Fin automatically continues the Procedure, keeping the overall flow intact.
