Fin can now read, analyze and understand images—like screenshots, invoices, and error messages—so customers can share what they see without lengthy explanations.
When a customer shares an image, Fin automatically analyzes its content, extracting key details such as text, product info, or error codes, and uses that context to craft a helpful response. Fin Vision reduces back-and-forth, shortens resolution times, and enables Fin to handle a wider range of support scenarios—especially on visual-first channels like email, Instagram, and WhatsApp, where image sharing is common.
