Fin can now read the content of PDFs and HEIC images customers share - getting full context from attachments instantly, without needing to ask follow-up questions.
Read PDFs: When a customer attaches a PDF - whether an invoice, contract, or order confirmation - Fin reads the content directly and uses it to give a more accurate, contextual answer.Read HEIC images: Fin can now process HEIC files, the default photo format on iPhones. Previously, Fin would ask customers to change their camera settings. Now it reads them like any other image.No more follow-ups: Previously, Fin knew an attachment had been sent but couldn’t read it, forcing unnecessary back-and-forth. Now Fin understands attachments on first read.
