Over the past few months, we've been shipping multiple Fin updates every single week, all building towards a big vision we have.

We've been expanding the breadth and depth of Fin: 1) new roles for Fin as a Customer Agent, 2) new features to better manage and control Fin, 3) improvements to the harness layer, and 4) Fin Apex, our in-house proprietary model for Customer Experience that outperforms every other model in the world at this job.
