How to give Fin access to content in the Knowledge Hub which can be used to generate AI answers for customers and teammates.

Enable/disable content for Fin in bulk

You can take bulk actions to enable/disable content for Fin AI by going to Train > Content.

Simply select the content and then click on Change AI Agent state.

Enable/disable individual content items for Fin

You can also change the Fin state from the Details panel when you're editing or creating new content in the Knowledge Hub.
