Workspace owners are the teammates in your workspace who receive important service announcements. You can nominate multiple workspace owners and update them at any time.
Note: Only teammates with the Add/remove teammates permission can add or remove workspace owners.
How to add a workspace owner
Go to Settings > Workspace owners.
Click + Add owner in the top right.
Search for a teammate by name or email address.
Select the teammate you want to nominate.
Click Nominate.
The nominated teammate will appear in the Workspace owners list, along with their email address and the date they were nominated.
How to remove a workspace owner
Go to Settings > Workspace owners.
Find the teammate you want to remove.
Click Remove next to their name.
The teammate is immediately removed from the Workspace owners list and will no longer receive important service announcements.
Note: You can't remove the only workspace owner. If there's only one owner listed, nominate another owner first before removing the existing one.
