In the event of a security incident that affects your workspace, we may need to contact someone on your team. To ensure we can contact the right person (or people), you should add a designated security contact.
If you haven't added one yet, you'll see this warning in your workspace settings:
"Enter a security contact that should be contacted in case of a security incident."
Add a security contact
Go to Settings > Security > Workspace and enter the email for your security contact under the "Security contact" section.
Tip: We recommend using a group email address or alias that can be accessed by multiple people so we will always be able to contact you even if an employee leaves your company.
I've found a security bug!
If you've found a security vulnerability in Intercom that you wish to report to us, you can do so via our public bug bounty program on Bugcrowd. If it's within scope, you may be eligible for a reward. We do not accept bug bounty submissions via our email address, please only send them through Bugcrowd.
If you're a customer concerned about the security of your own Fin workspace, reach out to security@intercom.io or contact our Support team via the Messenger.
