PDF and DOCX files can be added to Fin's content for training. Simply upload the document and the text content will be scraped and made available for Fin to use within minutes.
Similar to Snippets, content from these documents is a private source so your customers will not see any link references to them in Fin’s responses. The content is only there to improve Fin’s answer quality and coverage.

Managing documents for Fin
Update or delete a document
File content can be re-uploaded or deleted by navigating to Train > Content and opening the document (you can search and filter by Document at the top of the Content page).
When viewing a document you can choose to Delete or Re-upload and select a new copy of the file you want to replace this with.

If you want to enable or disable documents for Fin, go to Train > Content and open the document.
Then from the Details panel navigate to “Fin” and enable or disable the content for Fin Agent and/or Fin Copilot.
