Criteria for Fin content
Imported public articles - need to be part of a live help center, in a collection, and published to be enabled for Fin AI Agent and Copilot.
Other content types - only need to be added to Content section and then they can be enabled for Fin AI Agent and Copilot.
Internal Articles- cannot be enabled for Fin AI Agent.
Enable/disable content for Fin or Copilot in bulk
You can take bulk actions to enable/disable content for Fin AI Agent or Copilot from Train > Content.
Simply select the content and then click on AI Agent state or Copilot state to enable/disable it.
Enable/disable individual content items for Fin or Copilot
You can also change the Fin and Copilot state from the Details panel when you're editing or creating new content in Train > Content.
Internal articles are designed for internal use only and cannot be enabled for Fin AI Agent.
